By blending organic elements with smart design, we create sustainable lighting that not only has a small footprint but also brings a distinctive and authentic vibe to both indoor and outdoor spaces. Using materials like bamboo (our fave!) that are renewable and lightweight, as well as repurposed crafts for creating our own range of lighting components, we are able to create elegant, eco-friendly lighting with a personal touch. Our own forms of unique illumination and ever-developing lighting ideas that you won’t find anywhere else.

Think of rustic pendant lighting like your favorite cozy sweater for your room. It’s got that warm, earthy, and rugged flair, using natural materials like bamboo and rattan. Merging natural tones with metal or distressed finishes creates a vintage farmhouse aesthetic – one of many sub-styles of rustic lighting.

What types of bulbs work best for rustic lighting fixtures?

Bulbs! We love ’em all! The choice of bulb for your rustic fixtures can really make a big difference in how your lighting feels and looks. Technically, any bulb compatible with the thread type of the bulb holder will work, but the two most common styles available are also our top choices:

Edison Bulbs: We love, love, love Edison bulbs! You’ve probably seen these babies lighting up coffee shops and bars. You’ll notice we use them in most of our product photos, as we really dig that vintage, industrial look with exposed filaments. Arguably the best choice of bulb for rustic lighting, they emit warm, soft light, creating an atmosphere that feels like snuggling under a blanket on a winter’s day.

Incandescent Bulbs: Our go-to bulb for a classic and clean look. Modern and fresh. Incandescent bulbs provide a familiar feeling of light, one that perfectly complements rustic decor, especially when used in kitchen lighting.
