Question 1

What types of materials are used in woven wall art?

Accepted Answer

We’re proud to offer a range of woven wall art decor made from authentically sourced, natural materials, including:

Bamboo: Bamboo is our baby! As well as being our go-to for pendant lighting, it usually takes center stage in many of our organic wall art creations as well. Delicate strands, meticulously woven into unique patterns, dance with the light on your walls. The result is a distinctive mix of natural form and modern design.

Rattan: Rattan brings a touch of rustic warmth to our woven wall art collections. Beautifully intricate weaves with incredibly unique textures turn your wall into a natural art canvas. Whether a standout centerpiece or part of a coordinated creation, each woven rattan form introduces an exotic touch to your living space.

Wicker: As the much-loved old-timer of woven home decor, there’s not much wicker can’t do. Wicker brings coziness and familiarity to our woven wall decor collections. Wicker wall art works for a diverse range of interior design styles, infusing your space with a warmth that is carried by classic design and a nostalgic beauty.

Seagrass: The big boy of the bunch!Seagrass introduces a gritty, earthy essence to our boho wall art pieces. The golden-brown hues and heavy textures of seagrass weave a tranquil ambiance into your living space. With larger stalks and lots of presence, seagrass stands out among other materials yet still manages to harmonize with tons of other interior styles and materials.

Question 2

How do I clean and maintain woven wall art?

Accepted Answer

Keeping your woven wall art looking fresh is simple. Give it a regular dusting using a soft brush or duster, and that’ll be enough in most cases. If you need to get a little busier and remove stuck-on grime, a slightly damp cloth will do it. Just don’t go crazy with water; there’s no need to soak the material.

Additionally, try not to hang your woven art in crazy humid spots, as excess humidity can lead to mold. As great as natural materials can look, they’re probably not a great option for a steamy bathroom.

Question 3

Are these wall art pieces woven by hand?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every piece in each of our wall art decor collections is handwoven. Due to the nature of handcrafted wall decor, slight imperfections and subtle differences may be apparent, (in our opinion) only adding to their character.

Question 4

How do I install and hang woven wall art?

Accepted Answer

Our woven wall art collections are supplied with multiple installation and hanging options. A small clasp affixed to the rear of each piece makes them easy to hang on a nail or hook – the most common option. Renting your home or simply want to avoid wall drilling? No worries, we got you. Our simple and straightforward adhesive pads provide ample support for lightweight wall art, ensuring your walls remain hole-free.
