This vintage ethnic pillow cover is a true bohemian beauty. Made from rare indigo-dyed hemp fabric, it captures a lovely light blue hue from the indigo spectrum.

Hand-applied batik patterning and motifs adorn the thick hemp textile, which has weathered and faded over time. Circular sun motifs feature prominently alongside intricate lines and dots.

The reverse of this ethnic pillow is an eco-friendly fabric made from bamboo fiber. Pretty unique! The bamboo fabric we’ve used is soft and lightweight with a little texture. A nice contrast with the thicker, heavier hemp fabric on the front.

You have the option of adding a kapok pillow insert for a touch of organic luxury.

Finally, we have more sun motif pillows made from this specific length of fabric. Each pillow has the same general design with slight differences due to the handmade nature of the textile.
